This uniquely flavored sauce won the St. Augustine Datil Pepper Sauce contest AND the 2020 National Scovie Award in the Unique Heat division.  This sauce has a medium to hot heat.    It's amazing straight out of the bottle but adds an amazing flavor mixed with cocktail sauce, mustard , ketchup or mayonnaise.  For chicken wings, I like to mix it with Franks Hot Sauce.
